Achievement Coaching Management System at BBC Batuang Taba Football School

Abstract

Problems: The problem in this study is that the implementation of the achievement coaching management system at the BBC Batuang Taba Football School in Padang City has not been effective and efficient. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information regarding planning, organization, staffing, motivation, and supervision in fostering the achievements of SSB BBC Batuang Taba. Methods: This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study is 69 people. The sample in this study uses Proportional Total Sampling.The research instrument used is a Guttman Scale model questionnaire in the form of a checklist which has 2 alternative answers, namely Yes and No. The data is analyzed using the percentage formula. Results: The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) planning was in the good category with 67.56%, (2) organization was in the good category with 78.62%, (3) staffing was in the good category with 69.18% (4) motivation was in the good category with 68.27%, (5) supervision was in the good category with 82.89%. Overall, the achievement coaching management system of SSB BBC Batuang Taba in Padang city is in the good category. Conclusion: These findings confirm that although in general the achievement coaching management system is in the good category, improving the quality of planning, organizing, staffing, and motivation is still needed so that achievement coaching can run more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
